When interesting building or pest related defects are found we sometimes take videos to post so that you, our potential customer, gets an understanding of what can be found and during a pre-purchase inspection. We’re not like some other building inspection companies who are afraid to show their faces, we want you to see who we are and what we do because our customer referrals and work ethics are built on transparency and honesty.
There are some building inspection horror stories out there so you need be able to trust your building inspector and know that he or she has your best interests at heart all the while striving to give you the information you need to make a well informed decision when buying a house.
